This special child-free wellbeing event is designed to help you unwind, realign your energy, and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply in need of some sacred “you time,” you’re warmly welcomed.
✨ What’s Included in Your Ticket:
- A grounding smoke cleanse to clear stagnant energy
- A calming guided meditation to settle your nervous system
- A deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks & more
- An optional sharing circle– be seen and heard in a safe, supportive space
- Affirmation work to uplift your mindset and gently shift your energy
- A nourishing cup of ceremonial cacao or matcha

This evening is suitable for those new to soulful self care and for those who are seasoned wellbeing enthusiasts. There will also be a range of products for sale such as crystals, candles, incense and products from local makers available to purchase too.
🧚Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, water and anything else you need to feel cosy, comfortable clothes are recommended.
Free parking after 6pm at -Waterfront Car Park, Barnsley Rd, Wakefield WF1 5JT, this is a short walk to the venue under 5 minutes.
