Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 6th October 2025 at 7pm at Thornes Park Stadium 💚🤍 The clubs AGM is only a few weeks away. All athletes and parents are invited to attend if they wish to do so.
At the AGM the Committee Roles for 2025-2026 will be elected. A list of the committee roles and the sign up sheet is currently in the Refreshment Cabin and behind the desk at Thornes Park. If you wish to be part of the committee and be involved in the club please get someone to nominate you. (Then another person would need to 2nd you) There are a variety of roles to suit all. The 4 exec committee posts, President, Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer, we’d normally expect the person nominated to have been at the club or on committee for a good few years before committee would except someone for these roles.
You can see the roles on the website contacts page. Any questions, please ask any of the existing members. We all relinquish our posts before the meeting, so all posts are free to apply for.
