Avoid the afternoon heat and join Community Captain Sam Nygaard for a 60-minute morning group ride on the Kanawha Blvd Bike Path on the seat of your very own bicycle every Wednesday and Friday in August. Meet at the top of Magic Island park (101 Kanawha Blvd. West, Charleston, WV 25301) at 7am. Remember to bring your own bike and don't forget your helmet and water!
