Welcome to the 4th annualWaitsgiving.
In 2021 the Denton, TX band Fishboy released the album Waitsgiving . A ten song story album about a small town that celebrates paitence during an annual holiday with the same name. Upon its release, the band declared the fictional holiday a real holiday and now gathers with the town of Denton, Texas on the courthouse lawn to play the album and show off the historic locations that inspired the songs. This year is the 4th Waitsgiving and will feature a full band acoustic performance and walking tour as well as a continuation of the specific traditions from years past. Thank you for WAITING.
