The Trauma-Informed Professional II (TIP II) Certification Training is an advanced, intended to be a 12-hour course, designed to transform trauma-responsive understanding into meaningful action in the workplace. We will creatively offer key principles and quarterly follow up sessions in 2025 for peer-to-peer support.
Building on the foundational principles of TIP I, this training shifts from knowledge acquisition to practical application. Participants will explore evidence-based strategies that not only prevent and moderate the effects of trauma and toxic stress but also actively foster a culture of resilience. Through hands-on exercises, interactive discussions, and personalized planning, TIP II equips professionals to create safer, more supportive environments where individuals and teams can thrive despite adversity.
