Welcome to Waiting For Cathay, a Warhammer Old World event!The event will take place at Battlefield Hobbies in Daventry, on Saturday 23rd August 2025.
All players will get 3 games of Warhammer Old World at 2000 points. Legacy army lists are welcome (and we will be using the revised Square Based Renegades pack), as are Arcane Journal lists.
There are 24 places available. Tickets will cost £15.00 each, payable via PayPal to [email protected] as a Friends and Family payment.
Refunds will be available up to 2 weeks before the event. After that, a refund is only possible if another player can be found to take the spot.
List lock is 9am on Saturday 16th August.

Models do not have to be painted, but they do have to be fully assembled. 3D printed and proxy models are permitted, but it must be clear what they're representing. Players are advised to check with the TO if in doubt, and are reminded that no model can be used to represent a different model without conversion work.
Please note that the event will be using the Grand Melee army selection restrictions, and all rounds will use 2 Secondary Objectives.
