Wairua Wellness ....Breathworks, IxCacao Ceremony & Qi Gong
Hosted by Beau-Qay Christensen and Dunedin Spiritualist Church, 36 Rankeilor Street,
South Dunedin,
Dunedin 9012,
New Zealand.
A monthly event beginning Saturday 19th October 2024 1pm.
Find event information and tickets in the link to Humanitix.
An exchange of $25 per person or bring your bestie $40 for two people and receive 2.5 guided hours of Qi Gong, Cacao Ceremony and Breathworks accompanied by music and completed with sacred stillness and mindful grounding movement.
Qi Gong is incredible gentle mindful movement with easy fluid motions that bring your awareness in to your body, open and activate your energy system and expand. We will be activating your lower and middle dantien to help open up any energy blockages to help you release in this journey.
You do not need to know how to do Qi Gong as I will be guiding you.
After Qi Gong we will sit with our Cacao and I will guide you through our IxCacao Ceremony to connect IxCacao in open heartedness and receive her gentle guidance and support for your journey.
Following our Cacao Ceremony I will lead you in to 60 minutes of somatic breathworks accompanied by music. You will connect with your breath - the power of oneness with the breath is underestimated as it can be healing and transformational. You must experience it to understand!
To complete the journey you will spend a moment in sacred stillness, just being. No longer doing. Simply...being.
Then I will help you to ground with some fluid movements to help bring you back to the present.
Come and share this safe space.
Namaste
