What makes our Women’s Focus Retreat Unique?
During the retreat, (which by the way includes all the yumminess of a wellness retreat), you will be expertly guided through an effective coaching process. This will include writing, dancing, ritual, visualization, self-compassion, and creative processes among others.
There will be one to two coaching sessions per day and plenty of time to rest, reflect and be nurtured, connect with others or have alone time in between.
The process will be whatever it is you want to focus on. There will be help to get clear about that is if you don’t already know.
There is no requirement to share within the group (there is no group therapy), but you may wish to and you, and you will certainly gain insight hearing others share.
You will have;
• Space to stop, connect and gain some clarity on where you are at currently, and how that is impacting on your mind body and soul.
• Ways to identify what is keeping you stuck, creating tension or unhappiness, sabotages or unconscious beliefs, that are getting in your way, and the creative techniques for helping you release them
• Empowering ways of focusing on how you want yourself, your life, your career, your relationship to be.
• Create a positive pathway on making that happen
• Leave with a clear focus, optimism and motivation and support to move forward.
• Fun, laughter, connection, clarity, transformation.
Your facilitator is Ms. Sam Mitchell, who is an experienced and qualified psychotherapist, coach and group facilitator. She, and you, will be supported by a wonderfully skilled team.
If this sounds like the right thing at the right time for you, Please call or email for a chat or to book your place.
