10:00 AM - Arrival and Welcome

10:15 AM - Kundalini Yoga Class
-Engage in a 75-minute Kundalini yoga session led by Victoria Rush, designed to awaken your energy and bring balance to your mind and body.
-Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling invigorated and centred.
11:30 AM - Break & Nourishing Lunch
-Savour a leisurely, delicious plant-based lunch prepared by Sarah Tanner using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
-Enjoy your lunch while taking in the breathtaking views and connecting with fellow retreat participants.
1:00 PM - Beach Walk (Weather Permitting)
-Take a gentle, refreshing walk on the beach to digest and rejuvenate after lunch. Enjoy the fresh air and natural beauty of Waiheke Island.
1:30 PM - Mindfulness Workshop
-Participate in an interactive mindfulness workshop where Sarah Tanner shares her expertise on holistic health, self-care practices, and winter wellness tips.

2:30 PM - Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath
