Indulge in a 5-course Wagyu feast featuring exceptional cuts from renowned local Wagyu farm Binnie Beef (Singleton) and Japanese A5 Wagyu from Hokkaido.
To elevate your experience, we will also include Japanese Whisky pairings to compliment your dishes.
