Join our hiking community. Suitable hike for beginners.During the weekend of 30 Jan to 01 Feb, we'll be heading to St. Catherine area to hike in the colorful Rofeid valley.
Wadi Rofeid, great views and landscape.
This is an easy level hike.
A standard physical fitness level is required (no knees, anckle problems or back pain).
Date: Thursday 30 January 06:00 PM until Saturday 01 February 11:00 PM.
The initial trip plan is as follows:
• Leaving Cairo by 06:00 PM 🚌
• Thursday late night: Reach St. Catherine area - Lodge to sleep
• Friday: Rise early in the morning, breakfast, then we start hiking
• Spend the night in a garden between mountains
• Saturday morning: After breakfast we hike in wadi Rofeid
• Refresh and take van back to Cairo.
Fees: 4950 LE/person
Fees includes:
• Bedouin guides and camels to carry our stuff
• Professional mountaineering leaders
• Private van round trip
• Permits and park entry fees
• Friday breakfast, lunch & dinner; Saturday breakfast & lunch
• Hot drinks and water during the hike
• Thursday overnight in lodge (rooms & toilets)
• Friday overnight in a camp site in mountains
Important Tips:
• No phone coverage during the hike.
• Food is basic yet very delicious Bedouin meals. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.

Cancellation policy:
100% refund before January 20th.
Cancellation fees 2000 LE after January 20th.
No cancelation or changes within 48hrs from trip start
*The event can be cancelled in case of bad weather or government regulations.
