Waco VA Loan Class Series

We will be hosting the VA Loan Class Series on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, alternating classes each month.
September -Parts 1 and 2
October -Parts 3, 4, and 5
November -Parts 1 and 2
December -Parts 3, 4, and 5
The VA Loan Class Series is composed of five parts:
Part One: Understanding the Fundamentals of the VA Home Loan Benefit Part Two: Lead Generation Tips and Tricks for Overcoming Objections of Military Homebuyers Part Three: How to Help Your Military Homebuyer Buy Land and Custom Build Their Dream Home with 100% Financing Part Four: How to Help Your Military Homebuyer Build Generational Wealth Through Subsequent Use (Reuse) of Their VA Home Loan Benefits Part Five: How to Build Your Book of Business Through Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Charitable Military Organizations in Your Local Community
After completing all five classes within the VA Loan Class Series real estate agents will be able to earn their master level designation through www.thevaloan.org as a VA Loan Master Certified Real Estate Professional.
