Wacky Science

Calling all curious minds! Wacky Science is coming to Finch Park on April 19 from 11 AM to 1 PM, and it’s going to be a blast! Join us for a FREE, hands-on STEM adventure where you can launch balloon rockets, mix colorful chemistry concoctions, tackle engineering challenges, and so much more! Wacky Science is a North Carolina Science Festival Event, an annual celebration of science. This year's theme is "Science: Everyday, Everywhere, Everyone", and Lexington Parks and Recreation is excited to be a part of this celebration of all the important ways science is woven into the fabric of our everyday lives.

About North Carolina Science Festival
Founded in 2010, the North Carolina Science Festival is the first statewide science festival in the United States.
