Join Kazuko for a Sunday with a difference as she introduces you to simple living the Wabi Sabi way! Sometimes known as Japanese Mindfulness, Wabi Sabi is a way of acceptance and of celebrating life’s (and our own) imperfections. It is about finding beauty in the unexpected and enjoying the simple things life has to offer. With a traditional Green Tea Ceremony and a performance of traditional Japanese music by Kazuko and her friend Maureen you will be transported to a new realm of calm and wellbeing! Kazuko teaches many aspects of Japanese culture here at the WEA, her classes are fun, participatory and full of laughs
