Join us at Tippecanoe Battlefield Park on December 27, 2024 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM to help us remove invasive plants. We will be targeting invasive species including honeysuckle and burning bush. All participants will be taught to identify these invasive species and learn how to control them. We will be cutting, treating stumps, and hauling brush. Closed-toed shoes, long pants, long sleeves, gloves, and water are all recommended. Hand tools, chemical, and extra gloves will be provided. Parking is available in the lot at the Tippecanoe Battlefield Museum at 200 Battleground Avenue, Battle Ground, Indiana. For questions or more information, email us at [email protected].
