Disciplines and participationCompetition will be held in Ju-Jitsu Fighting, Ju-Jitsu Groundfight and Ju-Jitsu Duo.
For Fighting and Duo the JJIF rules will apply, for Groundfight the rules off VJJF will apply. For duo we only we do only semi finals from 6 couples and finals from 4 couples.
In each discipline we offer categories from U10 till Adults. (For groundfight from U8) Athletes can compete in multiple weight categories and disciplines. Taken in mind that an athlete can only compete one age or weight category higher. In higher age category is only possible if the rules are the same.
