The littest event of 2022 is back after a two-year hiatus: mark your calendars for WAAAM Vegas on April 1-3, 2022.
We’re taking over the hottest clubs in Vegas with a group bigger and better than ever (15+ MBA programs!!!), along with interschool mixers to get to know each other without having to yell at the top of our lungs over a Martin Garrix set.

Q&A:
Which clubs are we going to?
The current plan is to do XS on Friday night, Ayu Dayclub on Saturday afternoon, and Encore Beach Club on Saturday night. We have optionality to switch out a venue after the official DJ lineups are released.
Which hotel are we staying at?
The ticket includes two nights at Resorts World in a quad. We are working to secure doubles that can be added on for an additional fee at a later date.
Can I bring a partner/non-MBA friend?
Absolutely! Buy tickets for them like you would for yourself.
Can I transfer tickets?
Yes, but you must email the organizer (Michael Fukuyama - [email protected]) if you do, since guest lists and small group events will be tied to the ticketholder names. No transfers are allowed within 7 days of the event.
Why are we booking everything together as a package?
We are able to negotiate a better deal when we include everything together (e.g., discounted hotel rates, exclusive club sections, etc.) Also, it’s just way more fun if everyone stays at the same place for easier hangouts. Ever spent way too much time tryna find friends walking through different hotels while plastered post-clubbing in Vegas? So have we, and it sucks.
Is it possible to book hotels/clubs separately?
Sorry, but we are not offering this option (for reasons explained above). You may travel to Vegas separately from our official trip, but you will not be able to access our private areas or small group events.
How do we pick our roommates?
We will send out a roommate signup sheet one month prior to the event. You’ll get your requested roommates, and for any spots that you leave un-filled, we will fill in with those who need a room. If you do not have preferred roommates, you will be one of these people auto-filled into a room.
