6:00 A.M. Sharp If interested in riding around the whole lake, approximately 110 miles.
Only for those more active rider that can ride it under 8 hrs.
9:00 A.M Sharp for those riding any distance up to 60 miles. All abilities welcome, upright, Recumbent, handcycycles, tandem and non-throtle E-bikes all welcome.

This location is a Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 10539 near Port Saint Lucie. We will ride by this beautiful lake, safely with no cars. This is the biggest lake in the state of Florida. Our goal is to ride 60 miles, but this lake has an option of 110 miles around the lake. Just a beautiful ride.
Our team gets together mainly for mental and physical recreational purposes.
Right after the ride, the post will have lunch and a music band.
Cycling is a tool for therapy and recovery.
