Somatic Dance is a guided free form embodied movement journey, held in a non-judgmental space where all of you is welcome. No prior dance experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome. Come and move your body to the rhythm of your soul, ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others.
The guidelines are simple: No booze (or intoxicants), or talking in the dance.
Slip off your shoes and deep into the layers of your body, supported by a carefully chosen epic music, the divine sound journey with Coral Stone and a beautiful group of humans.
Fully embody your truest expression, release debris and allow movement to show you your fullness.
