Robert Silber z Havaje bude po letech opět v Čechách a společně s Katikou Kai vás provedou retreatem — Vědomá smyslnost a moudrost těla. Název retreatu se zrodil z propojení jejich darů, zkušeností a osobitého přístupu k práci s tělem a energií.

V bezpečné a důvěryhodné atmosféře se naučíš rozlišovat, co skutečně chceš, od toho, co vychází z tlaku okolí nebo ze strachu. Objevíš, jak přijmout svou pravdu a žít v souladu s ní.
Součástí programu je i odpočinek, vnitřní reflexe, psaní a sdílení prožitků, které ti pomohou přenést zkušenosti do každodenního života.
Retreat je veden tak, aby posílil tvou vnitřní odolnost, sebevědomí a schopnost ladit se na sebe a na druhé.
Díky tomu zažiješ větší pocit bezpečí a svobody ve vztazích, především pak v oblasti vlastní intimity.

Zaměřovat se budeme na tři hlavní oblasti:

Prostřednictvím meditací a rituálů se naučíš lépe vnímat své tělo, pocity a smyslové prožitky.
🔥 Emoční uvědomění
Poznáš, jak lépe rozumět svým emocím, potřebám a hranicím – a jak s nimi vědomě pracovat.
🔥 Vědomá komunikace
Procvičíš si otevřenou zpětnou vazbu, společné rozhodování a rozpoznávání vlastních přání v kontaktu s ostatními.
Tento retreat probíhá v anglickém jazyce s překladem do češtiny (nebo slovenštiny).

Robert Silber from Hawaii will be returning to the Czech Republic after many years, and together with Katika Kai they will guide you through the retreat — Conscious Sensuality and Body Wisdom.
The name of the retreat was born from the blending of their gifts, experience, and their unique approach to working with the body and energy.
In a safe and trusting environment, you will learn to distinguish what you truly want from what comes from external pressure or fear. You will discover how to embrace your truth and live in alignment with it.
The program also includes rest, inner reflection, writing, and sharing experiences that will help you bring these insights into everyday life.
The retreat is designed to strengthen your inner resilience, confidence, and ability to tune in to yourself and others.
Because of this, you will experience a greater sense of safety and freedom in relationships, especially regarding your own intimacy.

You will practice open feedback, joint decision-making, and recognizing your own desires in contact with others.
