What is VXN?
VXN (formerly Vixen Workout) is a dance fitness format inspired by the live stage experience. (Basically, you get to pretend you're opening for the VMA’s, and perform the moves you see by your favorite Hip-Hop, Pop and Reggateon artists.)
We are focused on improving the physical & mental wellness of women. The class experience promotes Mind-Body connection, emotional release, and community in addition to physical fitness.
