About this Event
VXN 101 is an introduction to VXN. This class familiarizes you with our poses, moves and positioning in addition to some combinations you will see in class.
What is VXN?
VXN (formerly Vixen Workout) is a dance fitness format inspired by the live stage experience. (Basically, you get to pretend you're opening for the VMA’s, and perform the moves you see by your favorite Hip-Hop, Pop and Reggaeton artists.)
We are focused on improving the physical & mental wellness of women. The class experience promotes Mind-Body connection, emotional release, and community in addition to physical fitness.
