Enjoy a 2 hr. transformative creative experience where we explore what it truly means to be vulnerable and fully present in our own lives.We often think vulnerability means sharing everything or being emotionally charged all the time. But real vulnerability? It's allowing yourself to not know what's coming next. It's sitting with uncertainty, feeling all the energies moving through you without trying to control them, and being present with whatever arises.
In this workshop, we'll explore:
What does it actually mean to feel "fully alive" beyond just the highs and excitement?
How do we sit with those in-between moments when we don't know what we're feeling or where we're going?
What happens when we stop trying to manage our experience and just... be with it?
Through artistic exploration and group reflection, you'll have space to explore your own relationship with vulnerability and discover what feeling fully alive in your own skin looks like for YOU.
