VSSN VETERAN FUNDRAISER: CAR MEET-UP & MOVIE WATCH
Register your CAR now! Join us for the High-End Classic, Muscle, Luxury, and Exotic Car Meet-Up at Temecula Promenade! We’re thrilled to have you showcase your amazing vehicle and be a part of this exciting event.
Your participation not only brings an incredible display of cars but also helps support a meaningful cause. Proceeds from this event will benefit VSSN Veterans Support, assisting military heroes and their families with vital resources, mental health services, and community support. Your contribution truly makes a difference in the lives of those who have served.

Here are a few details to help you prepare for the event:
- Event Date & Time: 2/15/2025
- Location: Temecula Promenade & Regal Edwards
- Car Roll-Up: 10:30 am general. All VIP and Upfront Parking cars are needed starting at 10am
- Parking: Dedicated spaces will be provided for participating vehicles. Volunteers will direct you to your designated area.
- Event Schedule: After parking, enjoy the party in the plaza, grab CPK lunch with a free appetizer or dessert, watch the movie, and network with fellow car enthusiasts and supporters of our veterans.
- Food & Refreshments: Delicious food will be available throughout the event, so don’t miss out!
We encourage you to bring your friends and family to dress up and enjoy the fun, and music, and grab a movie watch ticket, all while supporting a great cause.

Participant Information
Do you want to exhibit your car at the VSSN Cars & Movie Veteran fundraiser night? Please read the new guidelines below to see if your car has what it takes to be a part of the VSSN Cars & Movie Veteran fundraiser night. Due to the limited space, cars wishing to be a part of the event must meet all of the general requirements and category-specific requirements, with no exceptions.
Admission is free, there will be no pre-registration of show cars before the event. Security will be present if you decide to watch the movie.
Qualified vehicles will be in the show on a first-come, first-serve basis. Staging of the participating vehicles will take place on Promenade Way from 10:30 -to 11 am. Once a category is full, no other vehicles from that specific category will be allowed into the event, with no exceptions.

GENERAL RULES
No entry before 10 am
All pets must be on a leash
No flying of any colors on any person at any time
No bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, or any skating
No alcohol or drug consumption or possession
No smoking (includes vapes)
No weapons of any kind
Please help keep our earth clean by properly disposing of your trash
Any person or club who fails to follow the written rules and regulations, or verbal instruction from the event staff is subject to permanent removal from the event
Event staff reserves the right to alter or modify the rules listed or deem anything inappropriate according to their judgment
All cars that come into the event must stay parked until 12 pm
Please do not touch the vehicles unless the owner states otherwise
No obscene wording, drawings, photos, etc. will be allowed on a vehicle.
Engines of vehicles are not allowed to run during show hours
ALL PARTICIPATING VEHICLES
Cars must be in operating condition and be street-legal. This includes current tags, license plates, and proof of insurance
Vehicles that are "under construction" are not permitted
4x4 vehicles are not permitted
No hopping
No saving of parking spaces
Music within vehicles should not be heard past three car lengths
There will be no cruising at this event
CAR CATEGORIES
COMIC THEMED CARS
FIRST 15 cars-upfront parking. Must have at least two of the following modifications: Custom paint (no obscene graphics or solid stock/standard colors), aftermarket rims, audio/video upgrades, body modifications, OR custom interior.
CUSTOM LOW RIDERS
Must have at least two of the following modifications: Custom paint OR wrap (no obscene graphics or solid stock/standard colors), aftermarket rims, audio/video upgrades, body modifications, OR custom interior.
SPECIALTY & EXOTICS
Limited edition cars, supercars, and marquees such as a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Bugatti, McLaren, Maserati, Tesla Plaid, Tesla Roadster etc.
MOTORCYCLES- WELCOMED
SORRY- Dirt bikes and off-road motorcycles are not permitted.
