VS is back at AWP (offsite)! Join the VS team at the glorious Sims Library of Poetry in Inglewood as they interview E. Hughes, author of Ankle-Deep in Pacific Water, and Luther Hughes, author of A Shiver in the Leaves. Chuckle, gasp, shed a tear (or several!) while Brittany and Ajanae chat with E. and Luther about their writing, current obsessions, and literary legacies. There will be free food, some super special VS swag, and opportunities to win books! Stick around after the live taping for Poets Feed the People, a program presented by our grantee-partner, Community Literature Initiative!
