If highest player is in the 600s then races start at a race to 6 and adjust from there.
If highest player is in the 500s then races start at a race to 5 and adjust from there.
If highest player is in the 400s the races start at a race to 4 and adjust from there.
If highest player is in the 300s or lower then races start at a race to 3 and adjust from there.
