About this Event
Tree bark, chipped paint, the sweet wrinkle of a smile, the glow of an old jukebox. It is the sounds of small details like these that characterize the kaleidoscopic music of Voulouse, a new recording project from midwest songwriter and veteran touring artist Jacquelyn Beaupré. With unerring devotion to rhythm and playfully catchy melodies, one 2024 single Divine Light and a slew of upcoming tour dates and singles mark a new era in Beaupre’s intentional offerings to listeners and overall craftsmanship as a band.
Drawing inspiration from artists like Arthur Russell, Neil Young and Rainer Rilke, Voulouse’s work provides comfort through soft honesty. Voulouse are currently booking a midwest and southwest tour in Spring 2026 with a particular focus on interdisciplinary spaces and collaborative sets

Elka, a band based out of Fort Collins, merges delicacy with disorder, vulnerabilty with grit, and curiosity with poignancy. Consisting of members Elke Tukker (lead vocals, guitar), Jakob Mueller (lead guitar, vocals), Tobias Bank (drums, vocals), and Cor Wright (bass, vocals), the group's close friendship allows for their musical performances to be intimate and connective. Tukker’s lyrics are both provocative and unguarded, bridging internal and external worlds with qualities that feel as symbolic as they are matter-of-fact. With the release of their debut EP “Cold Feet, Soft Landing,” Elka has rooted themselves in the Northern Colorado music scene, where they continue to explore and peek beyond the expected. Drawing influence from the realms of folk, rock, shoegaze, and slowcore, their genre-bending sound brings an energy that is something to behold and be held by.
