The VOTC � Annual Picnic � is scheduled for Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Lake Idamere Park, commencing at 12:00 noon. The event will feature food, games, music, and ample entertainment. Veterans, their spouses, and children are invited, along with active or retired military members and their families as guests.
VOTC will provide BBQ courtesy of Sonny's BBQ, beverages, ice, and essential supplies, including an ice cream truck. Members are welcome to bring a covered dish, with suggested options including slaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad, or pork 'n beans. Dessert will be provided by the ice cream truck. Please RSVP by Tuesday, October 8th, to [email protected] or [email protected], including names of attendees and any covered dish contributions. Guests are not required to bring a dish.
Those bringing a covered dish are requested to arrive by 11:30.
