Sound Healing on the Sacred Vortex in Sedona
This event starts at 2:30 in the parking lot and we return to the parking lot around 4:45pm.
Come join us for a transformative experience with our sound practitioners of Down Dog Sedona! Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound on a sacred vortex in Sedona. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments guide you to a state of deep relaxation and balance. Connect with the energy of the land and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Don't miss this unique opportunity to experience the magic of Sedona through sound healing!
Space is limited and you must pre-register! We will meet at the studio and take a van to the trailhead together to avoid parking issues.
There is about a 1/3 mile walk to the location with a slight incline with some rocks and steps to navigate. Please wear appropriate shoes and bring water and wear layers to be comfortable.
Most people enjoy the sound bath lying flat on a yoga mat. You are welcome to remain seated, standing, or even walk around during the session. We will bring lightweight yoga mats for each person to carry as well as have mid-weight yoga blankets available for you to bring for use as well. If you have a backpack or other prefered way to carry the blanket and your personal items, please feel to bring anything you need to help make your experience more comfortable.
NOTE: The times on the agenda are approximate and account for how long it takes for the group to walk to and from the parking lot as well as to account for time to set up the singing bowls if they have not be set up ahead of time.
