Join us for a very special wine dinner to help us kick off the start of our 2025 season of dinner events here at Vom Fass! On Wednesday, March 12th we'll be hosting a do not miss event for fans of French wine and cuisine as we'll be featuring four unique and modern pairings to help guests enjoy the wine and food the way it was meant to be enjoyed. This event will be focusing on the portfolio of wines from Château Coupe Roses in southern France. We're still finalizing some details, though we hope that won't stop you from reserving your seats for what is sure to be a memorable evening of food and wine with three very special guests!Special guest number one is Shannon Behnen, certified wine sommelier from Vintegrity Wines. If you've attended any of our wine tastings, wine dinners, or chef battles in the past you will no doubt recognize Shannon and appreciate both the depth and width of her knowledge of wines and spirits from around the world. Shannon has been helping us select the perfect wines from Château Coupe Roses for guests to enjoy during this event.
Special guest number two is Liz Schuster, executive chef and owner of Tenacious Eats. You will likewise recognize Chef Liz from the many events she has joined us for including our wine dinners, chef battles, whiskey dinners, and neighborhood events like Let Them Eat Art. Chef Liz is already hard at work designing a menu with the four wines we have selected for this event, each will no doubt showcase her modern cuisine with a hearty helping of classic French inspiration.
Our third and final special guest will be Sarah Frissant, Director of Sales for Château Coupe Roses and daughter of vineyard owner Pascal Frissant! Sarah is also an Oenologists, which means she is basically a wine scientist. She's coming all the way from France to share her valuable wine knowledge with you and other attendees and we're so excited to have her join us. We hope you'll help us give her a warm St Louis welcome!
Tickets for this evening of French cuisine are $100/person with each attendee enjoying four courses of both food and wine. We will also post the menu and wine pairing once we've received all the details, but this event is limited to only 24 people with those seats being filled on a first come, first served basis. So please, DO NOT WAIT TOO LONG to reserve your seats!
