Attention CHOIR families! Saturday, April 20th:We have TWO opportunities for parents and family to volunteer. Please use the Sign-Up Genius link to grab a slot or two!

1) COSTUME ALTERATIONS - 9AM to 4PM
We need volunteers for costume alterations. All experience levels welcome (even if you "can't sew" you can measure, split seams, etc)!
Fitting/measurements will begin at 9am, please arrive by 8:45am. We will work out of the makeup room between the boys/girls dressing rooms. Bring your sewing machine, needles, thread, seam splitter, etc.
We won't know how many alterations are needed until students try on costumes that morning. Slots are from 8:30am - Noon and Noon to 3:30pm, if you are able to make part of the time slot, go ahead and sign up. If you are available for both - please stay!
2) FOOD/TIME DONATIONS 3PM to 5PM
We will be serving a baked potato bar to the cast and crew in between the morning and evening dress rehearsals. Please bring any containers or serving utensils/tongs that would be necessary to dish out the item you bring.
The booster club will provide all plates/napkins/plastic forks & spoons/cups.
All food donations will need to be delivered to the Robson PAC choir room by 3:30pm. We anticipate serving the meal between 4pm and 4:30pm, but this will depend on when the morning rehearsal time ends.
