We need a strong team of caring volunteers to help this event shine bright! Roles include:

✨ Buddies

• Be paired one-on-one with a guest for the evening.
• Walk the red carpet, enjoy dinner together, dance, and celebrate side by side.
• Training and orientation provided.

🍽 Food & Hospitality Team

• Help set up and serve buffet-style dinner.
• Assist with drinks, table resets, and keeping areas clean.
• Ensure allergy-friendly options are clearly labeled and safe.

🎉 Setup Crew

• Arrive early to transform the venue with decorations, tables, red carpet, and lighting.

🧹 Tear Down Crew

• Stay after the event to help clean up, pack décor, and restore the space.

• A chance to make a direct impact in creating a night of joy and belonging.
• Orientation, support, and clear direction from our leadership team.
• Light refreshments and plenty of gratitude!
