About this Event
The 2021 State Volunteering Conference is the primary forum in WA where leaders and practitioners come together to build knowledge, leadership and best practice in the volunteering sector.
The Conference has been developed for Volunteer Coordinators and Managers in the not-for-profit and community sectors, bringing together experts, academics and industry leaders to allow delegates the opportunity to advance their knowledge, develop skills and network.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Confirmation of attendance will only be sent upon receipt of the completed booking and payment.
2. Cancellations must be notified in writing to Volunteering WA via email to [email protected]
a. On or before Friday 16 July 2021 will incur an $100.00 cancellation fee.
b. On or before Friday 3 September 2021 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
c. From Friday 8 October 2021 cancellation fee will be 100% of fees paid and no refunds will be provided.
3. All registrations are fully transferable to other guests, however we cannot guarantee dietary requirements will be met or a new name badge can be prepared if within 10 days of the event.
4. Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation to attend the Conference.
5. Volunteering WA has the right to:
a. Change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the event.
b. Postpone the event or any part of those events.
6. In light of further COVID restrictions Volunteering WA has the right to:
a. Change the format of the Conference from face-to-face to a virtual Conference
b. Volunteering WA is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred to attend the event (for example travel and accommodation), and you will need to liaise directly with the provider as per their cancellation/COVID policies.
