About this Event
Has everyone else been seeing a whole lot of Harry Styles and his new album recently? It's so funny to me that there was a time when he wasn't solo. Even when he was in One Direction, I distinctly remember seeing a majority of content centered around Harry and his locks at each stage in their career. I wonder what the rest of the band is doing? It's pretty clear they decided to not go in one direction. *crowd boos*
Alright, alright! I know that was a cheap one.
Rest assured that whichever direction y'all decide to go in for our June event (happening on the FIRST Saturday this time!), you're sure to have a blast!

Here are the details for this month's event:
Chicago Votes:
- Meet at 10AM at Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation - 5114 S Elizabeth St, Chicago, IL 60609
- We'll have 20 volunteers pass out flyers explaining voter eligibility to people in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
- ***Please note! You will be given a VU T-shirt to wear during this event - please let us know what size you will need when ordering your ticket.
Bickerdike Redevelopment:
- Meet at 10AM at Bickerdike Redevelopment's block garden - 1500 N. Washtenaw Chicago, IL 60647
- We will have 60 volunteers clean, garden, and repair the garden and its surrounding areas.
Afterparty at Humboldt Park:
- All volunteers will head over to Humboldt Park for a picnic from 1-3PM
- Bring your favorite drinks and snacks and have a great time with us outside!
- We will provide exact location details closer to the day of the event, as well as a couple of nearby restaurants for food options.
