About this Event
**To stay with your group, each participant must place a separate order and select the same team. No accommodations will be made to team numbers after registration.**
Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? Project Ramadan is looking for volunteers to join us for an epic day of packing food baskets for families in need across southern Ontario! You’ll work in teams, moving through a fun, fast-paced assembly line to pack essential items like pasta, flour, dates, and beans. Meet great people, connect over a shared mission, and leave knowing you’ve made a meaningful difference in your community - plus, it’s going to be an unforgettable experience!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Our event is in high demand! To give everyone a chance to join the fun, please limit your registration to a small group and only sign up if you can attend.
- The event will be fast-paced and crowded, so please secure your phone and keys, and leave other valuables at home or in your car. Project Ramadan is not responsible for missing or damaged items.
- Recommended for ages 12+ due to the physical nature of the work and the warehouse-style environment.
- Strollers are not permitted in the basket building area for safety and space reasons.
- Need community service hours? Bring your forms and we’ll sign them at the event!
- Attendees may be photographed or videotaped during the event. By entering the facility, you consent to Project Ramadan using these images/videos for marketing, advertising, and other related purposes.

DRESS CODE
- For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes are required.
