Spring cleaning meets community giving! Our community garage sale is your chance to discover secondhand treasures while directly supporting Evergreen’s mission. From clothing and household goods to books, décor, and more, you never know what you’ll find!
We’re looking for friendly, organized volunteers to help bring this fundraiser to life! Here’s where we need extra hands:
🗓 Friday, April 25th (3 PM – 7 PM): Donation Drop-Off Crew
Accept and review donated items
Sort and organize items for sale
Help direct traffic for easy drop-off
🗓 Saturday, April 26th (9:30 AM – 3 PM): Garage Sale Assistants
Help manage sales & keep tables organized
Answer questions and assist shoppers
Support the pancake breakfast team
🗓 Saturday, April 26th (3 PM – 4:30 PM): Cleanup & Donation Pack-Up
Pack unsold items for Samaritan’s Closet donation pickup
Take down tables & help with cleanup
