[VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY] ArtNow 2025 Awards Ceremony

We need your help! We are seeking volunteers, ages 16+, to support the museum in putting on an amazing Awards Ceremony! Volunteers will help with event set-up, check-in, art activities, and event breakdown.

When registering, please only select as many shift(s) as you are able to work. If you become unable to attend a shift, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Shift 1: 12-2 PM (6 volunteers needed)

Set-up (tables, tents, chairs, etc.)

Shift 2: 2-4 PM (6 volunteers needed)

Set-up (tables, tents, chairs, etc.), check-in, & activity management

Shift 3: 4-6 PM (6 volunteers needed)

Check-in & activity management

Shift 4: 6-8 PM (6 volunteers needed)

Break-down (tables, tents, chairs, etc.)

Volunteers may have downtime at certain points during the event. When that is the case, volunteers are welcome to join in the fun & explore the museum.
