Seeking volunteers (adults or high school students) to help with check-in, vitals stations, directions, and check-out duties on 11/8/25.
About this Event

We are seeking adult and high school volunteers to help with check-in, greeting, escorting, check-out, and other duties for the 11/8/2025 Championship Hearts Foundation Teen Heart Screening event at Bastrop High School, 1614 Chambers St., Bastrop, TX 78602. Thank you to The Christian Harman Memorial Golf Tournament for sponsoring this important community service event for the students of Bastrop County!

Volunteer shifts are available 1st shift (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM), all day (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM), and 2nd shift (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM).

Volunteers must sign in at the Volunteer Check-In to receive task assignment and instructions. Refreshments and a t-shirt will be provided. Arrival details to be emailed (from volunteer @champhearts.org) and texted (from 512-900-3243) the week of the screening.
