This hybrid conference will focus on how leaders of volunteers have management level influence in their organization.
About this Event

We've heard you ask... "how do leaders of volunteers have management level influence in their organization?” Together, we'll answer just that! Four amazing international volunteer engagement peers will share their experiences and proven strategies for success, and you will connect and discuss your thoughts with others during the 2024 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference.

We are pleased to announce our speakers for this years Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference include:

Nicole R. Smith - "The T.A.B.L.E.": Obstacle or Opportunity?
This session will help you identify how you view the "table" so that you can utlize it as a catalyst to create influence at your organization.

Sarah Sukhram - "Vibe Check: What's Their Why? Learn Your Audience to Influence through Insight!"
Influence is action - let's dive in! This session explores undestanding your audience, their 'why', and unspoken priorities.

Adam Janes - "Who Am I To Have Influence"
This session is a reflective exploration of how we develop influence in our communities. Key questions include: how do we view ourselves, align our uniqueness, and prepare for future challenges and opportunities.

Tracey O'Neill - "From Seat to Sway: Building Blocks to Manifest your Oranizational Influence"
Who am I to have influence is a reflective exploration of how we develope influence in our communities by examining our origins, values, and skills through curiosity, creativity, and care.

Hosted and faciliated by Rob Jackson

Designed for those who engage volunteers, run service delivery programs, and work/serve at nonprofits, this one-day training event features four internationally known speakers. The training presentations will be live-streamed and supplemented by local conversations. Participants will receive handouts, worksheets, and connect with nearly 1,000 of their peers at over 50 locations in United States, Canada, and Australia all while sharing conversation with fellow Cedar Valley nonprofit professionals in the room.

L ight refreshments throughout the day as well as lunch will be provided!
