The Fox US Open of Mountain Biking returns to Killington on September 26-29, 2024, featuring Downhill, Dual Slalom, Next Gen, & Adaptive racing, as well as a Best Whip competition, and volunteer help is needed!

Do I need to fill out any waivers before volunteering?
Yes! You will need to fill out an Express Assumption of Risk form before volunteering. You can to complete it or you can follow the link at the bottom of your confirmation email that you'll receive after signing up.
Why should I volunteer?
For each daily shift of volunteer duty, volunteers will receive 1 free Killington lift ticket voucher, valid for one year from original earned date. Additionally, registered volunteers will be given lunch for the day, as well as a Pro Downhill Series shirt (while supplies last). New for this year, volunteers will also receive a 40% discount code at Fox Racing (foxracing.com) and a 35% discount code at Thule (thule.com).
Do I need to be a certain age to volunteer?
Yes—all volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
What do volunteers do?
Course marshal positions are outdoors, along the one of the racecourses. Course marshals are responsible for ensuring rider safety and traffic control. Volunteers will be placed at a specific location on the course—some hiking may be required to reach your marshal position. A course marshal meeting will take place at the start of your shift time.
