Join us for regular volunteering sessions along the River Rea every Friday from 10am to 2pm.We meet at the Ten Acres noticeboard, just off Cartland Road, and welcome anyone who’d like to get involved—whether you can stay for the whole session or just drop in for a bit.
Our activities vary week to week but include litter picking, bramble clearing, woodland management, biodiversity improvements, conservation work, species cataloguing, and more. It’s a great opportunity to spend time outdoors, support local nature, and be part of a friendly, community-driven effort to care for the river and its surroundings.
No experience needed—just come along and get stuck in!
