
About this Event
Help us remove the invasive French broom tree - an aggressive invader that displaces native plants and increases wildfire risk. Each tree removed makes a huge difference towards eradication.
Come spend the day with like minded people and help us with a meaningful cause!
- Meet at the West Gate by 9:45AM.
- Driving directions linked here.
- Event is from 10am-2pm.
- Bring snacks and a lunch. Some bottled water and small snacks will be available.
- Backcountry - no bathrooms available.
- Wear personal protective equipment like closed-toed shoes, long pants, and sun protection.
- Bring gloves if you have some. If not we can provide a pair.
- Bring a W**d wrench if you have one - we have limited tools.
- Ages 15 and up. If under 18 you must come with a parent or guardian.
- Reservations required.
