Volunteer Day at North Floreat Beach

Make a positive change in the community on our day out at North Floreat Beach, as we take care of our beautiful coastline!
Departing from the StudyPerth Student Hub, you will be transported by bus to North Floreat Beach, a popular dog-friendly beach.
Upon arrival, Kate Sputore, Perth NRM Coastal and Marine Program Manager, will brief our team of volunteers on instructions as well as the ecology of the area.
After further guidance from Cambridge Coastcare, students will have the chance to get hands-on through activities like beach planting, working with sand dunes and a coastal cleanup.
Here's what's included in the cost:
- Bus transport to and from North Floreat Beach
- The opportunity to make a positive environmental impact with like-minded individuals
- Delicious morning tea and lunch.
Make sure you wear/bring:
- Long sleeves and trousers
- Enclosed shoes
- Water bottle
- Hat
- Rain jacket (in the event of rain)
This event is being delivered in partnership with the WA Government, StudyPerth and the broader international education sector, and is supported by Lotterywest.
