Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada needs pro bono attorneys for 15- to 30-minute consultations to those who cannot afford legal services for National Law Day. Volunteers are needed in a variety of practice areas:

- Child Support
- Consumer Rights
- Criminal Defense
- Criminal Record Sealing
- Custody
- Debt Collection
- Divorce

- Illegal Towing/Car Issues
- Immigration (VAWA, U-Visa, Deferred Action)
- Landlord/Tenant Issues
- Payday Loans
- Public Benefits/Social Security
- Senior Issues (probate, estate planning, senior health care)
- Small Claims
- Temporary Protection Orders
- Unemployment
In addition to this in-person event at Parkdale Recreation & Senior Center, we also regularly need attorneys to help pro se litigants over the phone during our Ask-A-Lawyers for small claims, family law, landlord/tenant issues, probate and estates, and debt collection.
