Volunteer attorneys are needed to provide brief consultations to pro se litigants about a variety of legal issues.About this Event
Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada needs pro bono attorneys for 15- to 30-minute consultations to those who cannot afford legal services for National Law Day. Lunch will be provided to volunteers.
Attorneys are needed in the following areas:
- Family Law
- Immigration
- Consumer Rights
- Record Sealing
- Guardianship
- Foreclosure
- Probate (non-senior)
- Small Claims
- Education
In addition to this in-person event at Parkdale Recreation & Senior Center, we also regularly need attorneys to help pro se litigants over the phone during our Ask-A-Lawyers for small claims, family law, landlord/tenant issues, probate and estates, debt collection, small business matters.
