ORAM seeks three volunteers to support Beyond Borders, our first Bay Area event in over five years!About this Event
Beyond Borders, ORAM's first event in the Bay Area in five years, is an opportunity for our community to raise awareness and funds to provide LGBTIQ refugees the tools needed to rebuild their lives.
The event will feature remarks from ORAM's Executive Director, Steve Roth, and Robert Luzinda, a former ORAM client and recently resettled refugee who lives in Oakland.
Volunteer duties include welcoming guests, assisting with event registration, and helping process simple gift transactions using an iPad.
