About this Event
National Women's Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation (NWCAVE) will conduct a workshop on becoming a volunteer for NWCAVE and a advocate for victims of crime.
This workshop will:
The opening day will be for volunteers and will be an introduction to NWCAVE. We will begin 12pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The class will go 12-4pm.
December 10th and 11th will be 9am-5pm - Only those committing to one year with NWCAVE as an advocate need to register
Attendees who complete this workshop, will be invited to attend the 3-day certification training in March 2026 in addition to other educational opportunities.
A BOUT THE PRESENTERS
M ichelle A Bart, CVD, CCA, CHTA,
Michelle has a communications degree and is an award-winning media consultant, publicist, event producer/director, public speaker, child/victim/patient advocate, freelance journalist, and marketing specialist with over 30-years' experience. Michelle is President and Founder of NWCAVE, creator and co-host of Spotlight for Justice and is a correspondent on CrimeDoor Television on Roku and Tubi.
