We have shifted gears to provide a FREE open gym every Monday evening from 6pm-8pm! Coach Katy is going to coach through some of the details of the game down to the studs. It will be for any ages, any level, any one!!! No registration needed, just show up and learn some new skills! Come for the whole time, come for half the time, but we want you there!! Watch some of Coach Katy's tips to get a few insiders to what we will accomplish during our open gyms - and never forget, we will play some fun games too!!
