Have fun while learning volleyball skills and sportsmanship at the LCH Volleyball Camp! Learn to volley, bump, spike, block, serve, set, and communicate in defensive and offensive systems. Each day starts with a warm up and skills training. This is followed by a nutritious lunch served by LCH Food Service. The afternoon involves recreational games and team play. The day wraps up with a cool down and debrief in teams. A friendly tournament rounds out the week of fun and learning.August 16 to 20, 9AM-3PM
