Will tickets be available for purchase on the day of the tour?
Yes, tickets will be available on the day of the event at Kansas City OASIS. The day-of ticket price is $30 so you are encouraged to buy your tickets in advance. Here you will be given an estate guidebook which will act as your "ticket" to the homes on the tour.
Do I have to bring my estate guidebook to each home?
You will check in and pick up your estate guidebook which will act as your entry "ticket" at Kansas City OASIS. All participants must pick up an estate guidebook which you will show to enter each house.
Do I have to tour the homes in a specific order?
No, this tour is self guided. Upon picking up your estate guidebook at Kansas City Oasis, you may start at any home on the tour. You may visit the homes any time between 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, but we recommend starting the tour well before 3:00pm so as not to miss any of the properties on the tour.
Where do I park?
Please exercise discretion in choosing where to park. Volker is filled with driveways, one-way streets and no-parking zones. Please pay attention when you park your vehicle.
